Renewal / Cancellation

Renewal of subscription:

For uninterrupted subscription, please make timely renewal payment before expiration date. No new password will be issued if renewal payment is made before disconnection.

Cancellation of subscription:

Please do nothing if you do not intend to renew. Subscription will be automatically cancelled for non-payment at the assigned expiration date.

Early cancellation (refund is not available):

Refund (or pro-rate) is not available for early cancellation once the user code and password have been issued; but your full access will continue until the password expires. We reserve the right to cancel member's access at any time without prior notice. (Please read the Disclaimer and Use Agreement.) 

 

Cut off time

Please make sure the payment is made on time. The cut off time will be at 1:30PM PST on the expiration day. Once account is cut off, renewal will be based on the new rate.
